What we do

We sell luggage direct. Hard shell suitcase sets, carry on cases that clear the airline limits, backpacks, duffel bags and the accessories that go inside them, chosen to cover the trips people actually take rather than to fill a shop floor.

Working directly with manufacturers instead of buying through a distributor and a retail chain is the whole business. It is the same luggage, without the markup that a shop front and its staff put on top of it.

How we work

We sell online only, right across the United States. There is no shop, no shop rent and no store fit-out sitting on top of the item, and that is where the price difference comes from rather than from any trick with the goods.

Prices are in US dollars, have no sales tax added, and are what you pay at checkout. Delivery is free on orders of $100 or more, and $25 below that. Express Shipping is $25 on any order. Orders are handled in 24 to 48 hours and then take 5 to 7 days, so allow about a week.

If you are not sure which size in a set suits the trip, or whether a case will clear your airline's carry on limit, email us at theteam@customersupport.care before you buy. We would rather answer the question than take the order and have the case come back.

What we will and will not tell you

Every specification on a product page is the one the supplier publishes for that item, in centimetres. Where a figure is not published we say so on the page and invite you to ask, rather than borrowing a number from a similar product. A plausible dimension nobody can stand behind is worse than an honest gap, and on luggage it is the difference between a case that boards and one that gets checked at the gate.
